ShineWa Lighting has strict Quality Control to ensure the products quality and exactly right to meet customers requirement. Our QC check and control the quality from material to finished products.
1, Raw- Material Check:
Quality control from materials, defect materials are not accepteable.
2, Production Check:
Our worker will check the last rpocess in the first, and then do him work. All products will be checked again before packing, and do sampling inspection after packing.
QC doing random inspection during the all production process.
3, Photometric and Safety Testing
Doing photometric, burn-in testing, PCB protection, Impact protection, heat radiation testing, and waterproof to ensure the products quality.
4, Aging Test:
At least 3 times aging test before packing and shipping.
5, Shipping Check
Check all the products date, parts, accessory, quantity and packing are exact right as client's order.
