1. Aluminum Alloy

Most of the current flashlights in the global markets are made of aluminum alloy material.

Because there will be no need the special molding, the aluminum flashlights are easily made to be diverse shape designs.

By the way, besides the flashlights,

some high powerful work lights also use the aluminum alloy body to solve heat sink issues, and the robust aluminum alloy has made the work lights more suitable for the outdoor severe working environment.

Some headlamps with high lumens also use aluminum alloy to speed up the heat sink.

Besides the whole body, some parts are made of aluminum alloy, considering the heat-conducting property and mechanical strength.

2. ABS Plastic

ABS plastic is the most general-purpose material to produce portable led lights, like small size handheld work lights, portable spotlights, headlamps, flashlights, and camping lanterns.

3. Silicone Rubber

Silicone rubber is often used to reduce the impact defect, for example, many work lights, and handheld spotlights have the protective housing of silicone rubber.

And some flashlights for special use also are made of silicone rubber, for example, the VMQ rubber.

4. Bamboo Material

A camping lantern with bamboo material can be used in outdoor places or indoor houses.

5. POM Material

Some diving flashlights are made of POM material.
