How to arrange a LED work light sample order for client ?
When our client plan to review the quality of LED work light, usually 1-2 pcs samples are necessary to do visual check and related specification testing.
Then we should begin to arrange the sample as per clients' requests, and below are current standard operation process in our company.
1. LED Work Light Sample Details Confirmation:
After communication with our clients,
we will together confirm the specs details of LED work light, such as lumen, battery capacity, run time, CCT, CRI and color etc.
and lead time also need confirmation.
2. LED Work Light Sample PI Confirmation:
Once details decided, we will send sample PI with order details and payment term.
Usually there are magnets and battery inside our work lights, so can not delivered directly from here, and our own forwarder will find most suitable transportation solution.
The client will confirm and send back to us the copy of PI with signature & stamp.
3. LED Work Light Sample Production:
After payment received, we will inform our production manager to begin the production with details sample request and remarks.
If it is regular product, we will firstly check finished stocks if available.
And for customized product, if there is no raw material stocks, we will at once arrange purchase.
such as specialized LED work light for UV curing, or for auto painting color difference inspection, etc.
4. LED Work Light Sample Testing:
For every sample, only can be packed after quality approved by QC department.
We will test as per below terms and record the testing process.
Beam output ( including lumen, CCT, CRI, etc) will be tested by our own integrating sphere in our lab and testing report as below will be available.
And for every sample and every light in mass order, the aging test will be done, this testing will enable to find nearly all hidden quality issue.
We will also do simple waterproof testing, especially for IP66 handheld spotlight as below link.

5. LED Work Light Package:
Every sample will be packed ok to aviod accidental impact in the transportation.
And we will paste shipping marks on the box and enclosed sample detailed sheet inside the carton, this will be helpful when the client distinguish and review samples.
6. LED Work Light Sample Delivery Tracking:
Once sample has been picked up, the tracking number will be at once sent to client for reference.
And we will also keep tracking the whole process and timly update to our clients.
